As an ABA Technician at THE BEST QUALITY ABA, you will play a vital role in implementing ABA therapy programs designed to improve the lives of individuals with autism. You will work directly with our clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized interventions, collect data, and help clients develop essential life skills. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of ABA and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs as directed by the BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Assist with the development of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with the BCBA and the client's family to create and maintain a supportive environment.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders is a plus (we train).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and receive ongoing training in ABA techniques.
